WATER ENTRY AND EXIT

Ø       Learn how to dive properly from a qualified instructor.

Ø       Obey all posted rules and “no diving” signs.

Ø       Never dive into shallow water or into above ground pools.

EXIT SKILLS ASSESSMENT

 

q       Jump into chest-deep water from the side, swim front crawl fro 15 yards with face in the water and rhythmic breathing pattern (to front or side), maintain position by treading or floating for 30 seconds and swim back crawl for 15 yards.
